hi kristen, i've been thinking about moving to cajamarca (from europe) for a while. i'm a pastry chef and i am thinking of opening a pastry shop/café. i really liked cajamarca on my last visit. there isn't much information about the eating out scene on the web so i thought you might have some advice, like if there's a market for the product, etc. my email is queseyo1234(at)yahoo.co.uk thanks leo
