Hello Kristen,

I tried to find a way to contact you, but I was not able to find an email address for you. Anyways, I am from Peru, Piura – Chulucanas. I relate so much to your stories. One day I was searching information on Peru on the web and your blog came up, since then I love reading the experiences you are having with Peruvian people and our beautiful country. I live in Philadelphia now. I moved here six years ago to go to school, this is not common for a Peruvian, but I got a scholarship to go to Villanova University.

My name is Karla Castro and my email is k.castro@usip.edu, hopefully you have a chance to contact me, it is always so nice to find people who have the chance to experience Peru. Additionally, I relate so much to your life there. It is interesting to read your insights, especially when they came from an American mind.

Take care,
Karla
